The Cooperating Community Programs (The CCP) provides exceptional care and offers a variety of services, so naturally we need dedicated, capable and compassionate managers. Our managers are what makes The CCP great. You will support our goals through a variety of ways, including but not limited too:

• Management of the Float, Lead and DSP staff to ensure the best care for our consumers
• Audits of consumers files and outcome plans
• Process incident reports and respond to a variety of situations with professionalism, tact and compassion
• Make recommendations on services
• Train and supervise staff
• Administer Risk Management Plans
• Coordinate budgets and expenses of company and consumers
• Maintain company records and files
• Remain in compliance with state and federal guidelines

This position requires a BA and minimum 1 year experience working with individuals of developmental disabilities or related conditions. The appropriate candidate will be able to successfully manage a variety of tasks, while maintaining relationships with staff, consumers and their guardians and families.
