CCP Works! is an entity of CCP that provides a variety of employment and training services to individuals with disabilities. If you or a loved one has a developmental disability, traumatic brain injury, physical disability, or mental illness we can assist you with defining and reaching work related and life skill goals. CCP Works! is committed to flexibility. Using an individual-centered approach, community resources and service components are combined to meet your unique needs and goals.
You can select from a wide variety of options to achieve your personal goals as well as exercise your individual choice in the design of CCP services.

Hours of service can be adjusted based on your individual needs. Funding
Supported Employment and Personal Supports through the DD, CADI, and TBI waivers can be used for Alternative Day Services. A sense of independence grows through the development of individual abilities and meaningful participation as a valued member of the community.
